Also known as Dash the Designer. I am a UX and Graphic Designer based in Denver, CO. I’m an outdoor enthusiast who specializes in rock climbing–my outdoor pursuits inspire and drive my creative and professional endeavors. 

For the past seven years, I’ve been working in the outdoor industry, mostly in outdoor retail. After studying Graphic Design in Sacramento, CA, I made the move to Colorado and pursued a career in retail visual merchandising. I enjoy creating striking and inviting visual displays because it requires a deep understanding of the customers needs and wants. Merchandising product that I use every day in my outdoor pursuits makes it all the better since I can truly empathize with the user to create the optimal experience. 

My journey with UX/UI design began when I reached a crossroads in my career. I thought about how my skills from both graphic design and visual merchandising could help me begin a career in UX. I’m an empathetic and creative problem solver, and I aim to design cutting-edge products that inspire.
